Position: Surveyor
Location: Bukidnon
Job Summary
The Surveyor will handle site measurements, mapping, and layout work to support land development and construction projects. The role ensures accurate data gathering, proper documentation, and alignment services needed for infrastructure development.
Qualifications
• Graduate of Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering or any related course
• With at least 1 to 3 years experience in land development projects
• Knowledgeable in surveying works and the use of surveying instruments
• Willing to be assigned in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City
Responsibilities
• Conduct surveys to establish legal property boundaries, create land division plans, and support land development projects
• Measure and map contours, elevations, and site features for construction, engineering, and land use planning
• Provide alignment and layout services for roads, railways, pipelines, and other infrastructure
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of survey results and project progress
