· Serves as the highest-ranking security official on the field. Conducts unscheduled inspections to ensure that all personnel remain alert, diligent, and present for their assignments. Evaluates and verify employee performance through the review of completed work.
· Oversees the Operational function of all detachments, implements protocols and compliance with government and client requirements.
· Primary Responsible for the required routine inspection as to standard compliance, report submission process, violation of guards as well as operational duties and representation to the client.
