JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
  • Has at least 4 years experience in the related field.
  • With ICD-10 Training Certification is required.
  • Advanced understanding of medical terminology and administration processes.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Open to work on-site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining patients' medical records, including personal information, medical result and history.
  • Creates new medical records.
  • Retrieve existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents.
  • Assigning and recording new records numbers.
  • Verifying existing record number.
  • Inputting & recording locations to computer and delivering records.
  • Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records accordingly and properly.
  • Observes a high level of confidentiality in all matter related to client /patient information.
  • Maintains complete, accurate, concise, and updated documentation of patient care.
  • Encodes necessary patient information and patient charts in the CRM/CIMS.
  • Follows protocols and procedures as stated by the ICD-10 training
  • Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
