Billing Auditor

The DCX Client Services - Billing Auditor agent will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Communication Skills – Highly proficient in both spoken and written English, with excellent phone and email etiquette.
• Attention to Detail – Maintains strong accuracy in billing audits, data entry, and documentation.
• Organization & Time Management – Efficiently manages multiple tasks and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency – Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform bill auditing and ensure accuracy across all entries
• Provide general administrative support and assist in daily operational tasks
• Manage and process invoices with precision and timeliness
• Handle data entry tasks using Excel and Google Sheets
• Maintain internal communication across multiple departments
• Utilize company-specific accounting software and various web portals
• Support the finance and operations teams with ad-hoc assignments as needed

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: College degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience: Previous experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable, or general admin within a financial setting is ideal
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• Working knowledge of Excel (including formulas and data management)
• Experience with accounting systems or related platforms
• Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 37,000
