Regulatory Affairs:Responsible for the registration process of all products (cosmetics, food supplements, medical devices, drugs). Prepare and submit registration dossiers to the Ministry of Health. Ensure all documentation complies with local regulatory requirements.
Internal discussion before completing the submission of any dossier:Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions. Be proactive to suggest and find solutions when confronted with regulatory affairs issues:Address challenges and propose solutions to expedite processes. Responsible for all communication and follow-up with the Ministry of Health:Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities.
Monitor the progress of submissions and address inquiries promptly. Anticipate regulatory affairs evolutions by monitoring new decrees, laws, and regulations:Stay updated on industry-specific changes and advise on their implications. Ensure timely renewal of all approved products:Coordinate renewals in advance to avoid disruptions in product registration.
Internal collaboration regarding product registration and its impact on sales and marketing:Address auxiliary labels renewal and its implications for sales and marketing tools. Support the importation process of products:Work closely with the logistics and importation teams to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and submit marketing tools to the Service of Health:Ensure promotional materials comply with local regulations.
Commercial Department:Work with cross-functional teams to gather and manage task-related information:Ensure timely updates and information flow between departments. Monitor inventory and usage plans for promotional materials and tools:Track stock levels and plan replenishments to avoid shortages. Track customer contracts and consolidate relevant updates:Monitor inventory, product changes, notifications, and sub-label requirements.
Support the sales team with updates on sales revenue, product inventory, and customer contracts:Provide timely information to facilitate sales operations. Monitor, record, and analyze all sales and marketing expenses:Prepare monthly reports to assess budget utilization and cost efficiency. Assist in logistics arrangements for marketing events:Coordinate logistics for symposiums, hospital meetings, live streams, and external training sessions.
Report adverse events and product complaints:Document and address feedback received from the sales team regarding product issues. Support the commercial team with assigned purchases in collaboration with the purchasing team:Ensure timely procurement of necessary items for sales and marketing activities. Regularly check product information in digital environments:Verify accuracy and update as necessary.
