Work Schedule: Mon - Friday (10am to 8:30pm)

Salary: Php 645/day minimum rate of NCR

HOUSEKEEPING TASKS

I Cleaning

Ensure cleanliness of the office, office equipment, and other office amenities/facilities, including restrooms, pantry area, if any:

a. glass panels, windows

b. walls/ floors

c. table (small and large conference room)

Ensure cleanliness of other company properties as instructed by the Management;

Wash dishes as needed.

Wash dish cloth once dirty.

Clean appliances - microwave, ref, etc.

Use cleaning items with utmost care and follow proper use instructions.

Sweep floor, dust surfaces.

Collect and dispose of waste as needed.

Vacuum floor including upholstery if needed.

10.   Clean restroom of executive IF or ONCE instructed. Do not clean if there is no instruction.

II Assist Executive / Visitors / Meeting

11.   In charge of opening door for accepting visitors

12.   Serve food, coffee, water during meetings

13.   Help the executive carry things

14.   Bring water to the Executive upon arrival

15.   Arrange and serve food to the Executive

III Others

16.   Performs office errands, including but not limited to messengerial tasks, bank errands, notarize documents, purchasing of office groceries, supplies, and food as needed.

17.   Receiving of documents/items in case there's no available admin, accounting, and finance staff to receive.

18.   Switch on dish rack heating.

19.   Cook rice if needed.

20.   Make sure the office is locked and secure before going home.

21.   Have an inventory of supplies (interfold, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, coffee, sugar, creamer, dish cloth),  and request if almost depleted, do not wait for zero stocks.
