Role Overview

Seeking an ambitious and skilled Java Developer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on building world-class digital applications for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead greenfield development of cloud-based digital platforms used by consumers and enterprise clients
  • Architect, design, and code scalable backend systems
  • Collaborate with Product and UX teams to refine requirements and shape technology roadmaps
  • Implement and enhance agile development practices (CI/CD, TDD)
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks
  • Drive innovation in data-driven, dynamic retailing solutions
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful services, and MongoDB
  • Proven track record in designing and building mission-critical, high-performance web applications
  • Strong delivery mindset focused on building solutions, not just technology

  • Experience with systems such as:

  • Payment integrations

  • Reservation platforms
  • Customer profile management
  • Content management systems
  • Data collection, storage, and processing frameworks
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and web security principles
  • Exposure to performance testing frameworks and tools
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably First Class Honors) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
