About the role

As a Group Leader within the AR Medical Claims team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., you will play a vital role in overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives responsible for handling accounts receivable processes for healthcare clients. In this full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will leverage your expertise in medical billing and claims to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and lead a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives, providing coaching, training and performance feedback to ensure effective service delivery
  2. Monitor team productivity, identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing complex queries and escalations to ensure timely resolution
  4. Analyse data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making and process optimisation
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to streamline workflows and improve overall operational effectiveness
  6. Foster a positive team culture and advocate for the professional development of your direct reports

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare or medical billing/claims environment
  2. Strong understanding of medical coding, claims processing and accounts receivable management
  3. Proven track record of effectively managing and motivating teams to achieve consistently high performance
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional stakeholders
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex information and drive process improvements
  6. A collaborative and customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
