We're hiring Tele-Collectors to handle Pag-IBIG housing loan accounts. Your role is to contact borrowers with overdue payments, negotiate arrangements, and follow up on schedules.

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound collection calls
  • Negotiate payment terms
  • Document all communications
  • Follow up on payment commitments
  • Maintain professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Experience in collections is a plus, but not required

Compensation: Commission-based — the more you collect, the more you earn
