Guidance Counsellor

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, emotional, and social well-being.
• Conduct student assessments and maintain confidential counseling records.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians and teachers regarding student concerns.
• Organize and maintain the student individual files;
• Regularly submit reports on Monthly Accomplishments and Post Activity Report/s;
• Performs other duties in conjunction with corporation counselors &/or assigned by principal
• Assist students in developing effective study habits, goal-setting, and problem-solving skills.
• Help students understand their strengths, interests, and career options.
• Guide students in selecting appropriate subjects, courses, and educational tracks.
• Conduct seminars and workshops on career planning, self-awareness, and decision-making.
• Maintain confidential student records and progress reports.
• Communicate with parents and teachers regarding student progress, concerns, and behavioral issues.
• Provide guidance strategies to teachers in handling students with special needs or personal difficulties.
• Develop and implement guidance programs and activities promoting mental health, character development, and positive school climate.
• Keep accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and interventions.
• Submit regular reports and evaluations to the school administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
