Best Tools is hiring a Technician for our Sta. Cruz, Laguna branch.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled technician who will be responsible for the repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of industrial tools, machinery, and related equipment. Your expertise will help ensure smooth store operations, excellent customer service, and a safe working environment.

Primary Duties:

  • Inspect, assess, and repair industrial tools, power equipment, and machinery.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
  • Read, interpret, and follow technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance and service records.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide assistance to team members and technical guidance to customers when required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED (technical/vocational training preferred).
  • 6 months to 1 year of related work experience.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, pneumatic systems, and industrial machinery.
  • Able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and a good team player.

Additional Requirement:

Willing to undergo technical training in Metro Manila.
