Factory Head-Pangasinan

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Factory Head to oversee the operations of facility in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our premium food goods, and will play a crucial part in achieving the wider strategic goals of Company.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food manufacturing facility, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
2. Lead a team of skilled production staff, providing training, mentorship, and motivation to drive performance
3. Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimise production processes and minimise wastage
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of orders and maintain high customer satisfaction
5. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the bakery operation
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the facility through the analysis of production data and identification of opportunities for optimisation

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a similar role, leading a production facility in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
2. Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes
3. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
4. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Solid understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
