Job Description
  • Work on queues in the GDS.
  • Assist Corporate Travelers and VIPs on any customer service related concerns through inbound calls and email communication.
  • Communicate with the vendors (Hotels, Airlines and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls.
  • Will work on a shifting schedule which can be in the graveyard shift, during weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
  • GDS skill on one or more GDS (World span, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus and Apollo).
  • Good understanding about International Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds.
  • Efficient knowledge of IATA World Geography; Including TC Areas (IATA Traffic conference Area), Global Indicator, Type of Journey etc.
  • Able to read and understand the Fare calculation line on the GDS ticket image.
  • Able to do Manual fare calculation in case of Partial Exchange and Partial Refund
  • Analytical skills and time management.
  • Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Easily approachable, cooperative, and a team player, gains the trust and support of team members and peers.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Eye for Detail.
  • Should have experience/knowledge one and more GDS applications (Sabre, World span, Apollo, Amadeus or Galileo).
  • Prefer good experience to work on US market and prior experience to deal with the Corporate Clients
  • Prefer good experience to work on OBT.
  • Customer Service Background (Travel Account).
  • Post Graduation - Not Specified, School & Graduation - Any Graduate.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Travel Diploma Certificate From IATA Authorized Institute (desirable).
