QAQC Head

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed) with 7–10 years of QA/QC experience, including 5 years in a leadership role on large-scale infrastructure projects such as tunneling, hydro power plants, and road construction.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with tunneling QA/QC procedures, including shotcrete, NATM, TBM, waterproofing systems, rock bolting, and geotechnical instrumentation & monitoring.
• Strong familiarity with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, BS, ASTM), inspection and testing methods, material traceability, and construction risk management.
• Proven track record of establishing and managing project-specific quality management systems and leading internal and third-party audits to ensure full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary QA/QC teams across various project phases.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, preparing quality documentation, and conducting training and awareness programs for QA/QC best practices.
