We're currently hiring for the Sales Associate position in our Makati City branch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling, updating and assisting with day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
Assisting marketing assistants/BMs on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by loan consultants.
Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
Assist in the recruitment and Onboarding of new loan consultants.
Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills, and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Assist/execute programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department.
Key Requirements
Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig, for two (2) weeks
1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business-related course, relevant experience in banking and finance.
Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Can communicate confidentially—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
