Our client is one of Australia's fastest-growing custom clothing companies, specializing in sportswear, uniforms, accessories, and retail apparel. They're expanding their creative team and looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design, sport, and innovation.

This role is perfect for a designer who's confident in creating bold, standout designs for sporting organizations, clubs, and schools, and can turn those creative ideas into production-ready artwork.

You'll be joining a close-knit, positive, and supportive remote team that values reliability, autonomy, and quality output.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Creates end-to-end design solutions, from concept and mock-ups to complete production packs ready for manufacturing.
  • Applies knowledge of sublimation printing (bleed, paneling, color profiles, and fabric/print constraints).
  • Translates briefs from the sales team into creative, on-brand sportswear that clients love.
  • Produces marketing and branding materials as needed to support campaigns or events.
  • Works within for task management, collaboration, and design tracking.
  • Organises and maintains design assets using Dropbox, following established file hygiene and version control.
  • Manages multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery within the 2-2-2 cadence (design → production → handoff).
  • Collaborates closely with the Sales Director and Design Director, ensuring alignment on design direction and timelines.
  • Communicates proactively across the team, giving updates, clarifying briefs, and sharing progress.
  • Participates in weekly team catch-ups and monthly one-on-one check-ins.
  • Upholds brand and design consistency across all projects.
  • Brings creative ideas to every project, whether working from a detailed brief or starting from scratch.
  • Helps identify opportunities to streamline design and production processes.

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in sportswear or sublimation apparel).
  • Strong mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proven experience preparing production-ready artwork for apparel manufacturing.
  • Ability to work on multiple briefs with speed, accuracy, and minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setup.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a commitment to reliability and consistency.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing team or club branding (logos, mascots, sponsor layouts).
  • Understanding of Australian sportswear design standards and trends.
  • Familiarity with or similar CRM/workflow platforms.
