IT Engineer

Job Overview
We are a US-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our team. This role combines IT project implementation with day-to-day technical support responsibilities.

You will help maintain and improve our clients' IT environments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to IT projects. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Assist with IT project planning and implementation.
*Provide Level 2 support for technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
*Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
*Perform PC maintenance, upgrades, and installations.
*Manage and support user equipment, software, and services remotely.
*Document work and update the ticketing system.

Technologies You'll Work With
*Windows and Mac desktop operating systems
*Networking (e.g., Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet).
*Microsoft 365 and Azure.
*Windows Server operating systems.

What We're Looking For
*Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.
*Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred but Not Required:
*Certifications like Network+, Microsoft Certified, or CCNA.
*Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and virtual environments.
