Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive websites and web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate design and business requirements into functional features.
  • Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing websites and applications.
  • Ensure best practices in security, accessibility, and scalability are followed.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of professional web development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, and MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, , Angular, or Laravel.
  • Proficiency in working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience using Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
