Interior Designer who will help me create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, i am currently building a tropical and modern design resort and events place with a capacity of 150 pax. We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to help with residential and resorts projects.

Scope of Works:

Space planning and furniture organization

  1. suggesting color combinations and design concepts that align with existing interiors materials and furniture sourcing/outsourcing lighting design and layout planning

Requirements:

  1. bachelor's degree in interior design or related field

  2. relevant experience, strong design and technical skills (autocad, sketchup,revvit,lumion and enscape)

  3. excellent communication and project management skills

  4. knowledge of design principles, trends and regulations.

Skills:

  1. creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, project management,technical skills (software proficiency)

  2. Ability to match and elevate current design themes knowledge of local suppliers and sourcing options

  3. experience in managing design execution (preferred)
