The Tower Supply Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment required for tower construction, maintenance, and operations. This role ensures that supplies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Sourcing

  • Develop and manage supplier relationships for tower-related materials and equipment.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

2. Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Oversee stock levels of tower materials, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Implement inventory control systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate logistics for timely delivery of materials to project sites.

3. Planning & Coordination

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to forecast material requirements.
  • Prepare procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient storage and dispatch.

4. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all supplies meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records for audit purposes.
  • Follow occupational health and safety requirements during handling and transport.

5. Reporting & Budgeting

  • Monitor procurement budgets and track expenses.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
  • Recommend process improvements to optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • At least 3–5 years' experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of tower construction materials and industry safety standards is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
