Job Overview:

RD Balderas Builders is seeking a Licensed Architect to join our growing and dynamic team in Laoac, Pangasinan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of residential and commercial projects, ensuring functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing results. This role plays a crucial part in achieving the strategic goals of the company through quality architectural design and effective project coordination.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their project vision, needs, and objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive construction drawings, architectural plans, and specifications
  • Utilize architectural design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved designs
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions throughout the design and construction process
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Licensed Architect
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
  • Knowledgeable in local building codes and construction best practices
