RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform accurate installation, testing, commissioning, calibration, and servicing of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment according to project requirements.
- Ensure high accuracy and reliability of all instruments, controllers, and related equipment belonging to both the company and clients.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on field instruments and related systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Execute assigned tasks and projects in coordination with service engineers, technicians, and outsourced personnel.
- Assist in project evaluation and planning, including technical input during pre-activity and post-activity reviews.
- Participate in site surveys together with the Sales Engineer or Project Team to assess site conditions and requirements.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports with accurate documentation of work completed, issues encountered, and photos as required.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of Field Inspection Reports requested by the Applications, Sales, or Project Teams.
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of complete project documentation, including service reports, calibration records, and audit findings.
- Participate in project post-activity evaluations, identifying areas for technical improvement and procedural enhancement.
- Maintain proper inventory and care of tools, test instruments, and service equipment.
- Actively participate in and lead Daily Safety Meetings, ensuring full compliance with PPE use and site safety procedures.
- Attend to permit compliance and support all field-related regulatory or customer-specific requirements.
- Support the Team Leader or Supervisor by providing feedback on technical issues and improvement suggestions from field activities.
- Review and assess previous project activities and provide recommendations for quality and process improvements.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed with a high level of workmanship, accuracy, and professionalism, minimizing errors and rework.
Professional qualifications
- Education: At least a Graduate of Instrumentation or Plant Mechan
Experience / Technical knowledge
- At least three (2) years or more experience
- Experience in power plant and Instrumentation is an advantage
- A plus if there is field experience on installation and commissioning of instruments
- A plus for any instrumentation related Seminars or Trainings
- With knowledge on MS Visio, MS Project
- Willing to travel to customer facilities, nationwide
- Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license
