About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aircon Technician to join our team at International Marketing Group (IMG) Insurance Brokers Corp. based in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning units across our various office locations.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing regular inspections and servicing of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with air conditioning systems and implementing the necessary repairs
  • Installing new air conditioning units, including both split and window type systems
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out and parts replaced
  • Providing guidance and support to junior technicians to develop their skills
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Aircon Technician, preferably within the commercial/corporate sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including electrical, refrigeration and HVAC principles
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve a wide range of aircon-related issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Certification in air conditioning and refrigeration is highly desirable
