Join the dynamic team at Gulf Leisure and Entertainment Network Corporation as an Arcade Technician. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the arcade machines that are the heart of our family entertainment centers in Quezon City Metro Manila. Your technical expertise and customer-focused approach will ensure our guests have an exceptional experience every visit.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on arcade machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing efficient solutions
  • Install new arcade machines and update existing ones with the latest software and parts
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests and addressing any technical concerns
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and machine performance
  • Collaborate with the broader technical team to identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an arcade technician or in a similar technical role
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical and computer systems found in arcade machines
  • Ability to quickly diagnose and repair a wide variety of arcade game issues
  • Excellent customer service skills and a dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences
  • Familiarity with arcade machine programming and software updates
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
