Responsible for addressing maintenance & repair concerns J&T Express branches & warehouses.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.     Must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate

Yrs experienced employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

1.     Must be able to understand written and verbal communications and instructions.

2.     Can work well as a team player.

3.     Hardworking, honest and trustworthy.

4.     Exemplifies customer service skills

5.     Responsible and result – oriented

6.     Team player

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Installs and repairs appliances and equipment.

2.     Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

3.     Recommends repairs.

4.     Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks such as, but not limited to, repairing conveyors, replacing light bulbs, and other mechanical and electrical equipment.

5.     Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)

6.     Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations

7.     Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues

EQUIPMENT USED:

1.     Preferably with a motorcycle for quicker dispatching and shorter travel time.

2.     Manual and electric tools

WORKING CONDITIONS:

1.     May work for long hours and required to do field work.

2.     Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.

3.     Requires physical effort.
