What you'll focus on

As a Customer Success Intern, you'll be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations across logistics and fulfillment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support strategic initiatives. Your day-to-day will include:
Data Management: Keep our files and trackers organized and up to date.Performance Reporting: Pull weekly service metrics from Metabase to analyze and report on team performance.Process Documentation: Help document key processes to drive operational efficiency.Courier Tracking: Assist with parcel tracking and issue resolution across Locad and our partner carriers.Internal Coordination: Support internal teams by following up on tasks and ongoing projects.

What you bring

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.Strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal.Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.A team player mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
