Job Qualifications:

  • Obtained at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Administration, Management Finance or equivalent
  • At least 1 year in Master Data Management related work experience
  • Experience with different ERP Systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, D365 and others)
  • Advanced skills in the use of MS Office application like Excel Spreadsheets, Outlook, Power Point and other applications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create New Vendor and Customer accounts in the ERP and bank portals (templates) based on approved request and with complete supporting documents.
  • Modify Vendor and Customer accounts in the ERP and bank portals based on approved requests and with complete supporting documents.
  • Conduct Bank verification for all Vendors that requires the new set up or modification by calling via video or phone call or email verification.
  • Document filing and proper storage.
  • Perform Regular review of VMD and CMD accounts through file extraction in the ERP and liase with the concerned parties such as S&P, AP, Payments and Local Finance for review and update.
  • Support in the preparation of KPI report.
