Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager, based in General Trias with opportunities for remote work. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising logistics, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Project Manager will also take the lead in communication with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and goal alignment.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee and execute comprehensive project plans.
  • Knowledge and experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of tasks.
  • Competence in Inspection and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, shipping schedules, and related activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the fresh produce or grocery industry is an advantage but not required.
