Treasury Analyst

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or financial operations.
• Exposure to telecom or large corporate environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP (FI/CO and treasury modules) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of treasury and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Cash Management Support:

• Assist in daily cash flow monitoring to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
• Prepare and update cash position reports, tracking inflows and outflows.
• Support the execution of payments and fund transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Treasury Transaction Accounting:

• Record treasury-related transactions, including loans, investments, and foreign currency activities, in compliance with accounting standards.
• Update and maintain treasury journals and ledgers in SAP.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of treasury data for financial reporting.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all treasury activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and internal reviews.
• Assist in preparing reports for regulatory filings and management reviews.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and funding requirements.
• Assist in generating treasury-related reports, including cash position summaries and investment performance.
• Provide insights on variances and trends in treasury activities.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with the Treasury Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth treasury operations.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to resolve transaction-related issues.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and responses.
