Job Function

Responsible for reviewing and drawing up fixture layout and designs and reviewing and generating fixture budgets and initiating orders.

Responsibilities

  • Draw and render new fixture designs and layouts based on conceptual drawings of the space planning head

  • Request quotations based on design specifications and quantity required

  • Prepare the fixtures requests for approval to initiate the ordering process

  • Check quality of fixtures delivered & review actual fixture installations on-site; periodically check upkeep of existing stores

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Architecture, licensed or non-licensed
