Radiology Receptionist

JOB SUMMARY

• Provides costumer care service, schedules and organize flow of patients. Manages patient files and records.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interviews and gather data of patients.
• Schedules and instructs patient preparations prior to examination.
• Forward interpreted results (in-patient) on their respective areas.
• Manages files and records of procedure.
• Encodes and logs patient data on logbooks and computer system.
• Processes charge tickets for services rendered.
• Prepare interpreted results to be collected by the ROD.
• Prepares receipt for payment for services rendered.
• Forward rendered in-patient charge tickets at the billing and accounting.
• Files and release result of patient
• Coordinates with other areas on rendering, billing and organizing patient flow.
• Maintains the reception area clean.

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of any 4 year medical related course.
• Customer service skills
• Attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Computer literate

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
