We are looking for motivated Junior to Mid-level Software Developers to join a dedicated team in the Philippines for a Switzerland-based client. The team will focus on workflow automation, AI integration, and bot development. Successful candidates will work onsite at our Philippine office and collaborate closely with the client's international team.

About the Role

As a Software Developer, you will work onsite with our Philippine-based team while receiving training and onboarding from our client and their colleagues. While prior experience with workflow automation or AI tools is an advantage, it is not required at entry level. What's most important is a solid programming foundation, security awareness, and the right growth mindset.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain applications and workflows using JavaScript/TypeScript (PHP or Python is a plus).

  • Work with APIs (REST/GraphQL, JSON, authentication methods like API keys or OAuth2).

  • Contribute to web-based projects (HTML, CSS, frontend/backend concepts).

  • Support workflow automation tasks (tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make are a plus).

  • Explore and apply AI and prompt engineering for real-world business use cases.

  • Follow structured processes with proper documentation.

  • Collaborate with colleagues locally and internationally.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid programming background (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred; PHP or Python is a plus).

  • Basic knowledge of APIs and web technologies.

  • Interest in workflow automation and AI (prior experience is a plus but not required).

  • Willingness to learn AI prompting and automation best practices.

  • Strong awareness and commitment to security practices (training provided).

  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.

  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with an international team.
