Timekeeping Specialist

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy? We're looking for a Timekeeping Specialist to ensure precise monitoring and recording of employee attendance, schedules, and work hours. This role is essential in supporting payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Time Tracking: Record and maintain accurate records of employees' work hours, including regular hours, overtime, and any special categories as defined by company policies.
• Timekeeping Systems: Utilize timekeeping software or systems to input, verify, and manage employee time data.
• Attendance Management: Monitor and report on employee attendance, addressing any patterns of absenteeism or tardiness.
• Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure that accurate and timely information is provided for processing payroll.
• Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and company policies related to working hours, breaks, and overtime to ensure compliance.
• Data Accuracy: Regularly review timecards for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and provide support to employees who may have questions or concerns regarding their time records.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute reports related to attendance, overtime, and other relevant metrics as required by management.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with employees and managers regarding timekeeping policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
• Proven experience in timekeeping, payroll, or a related field
• Proficient with Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
