About the Role

We are hiring for a client seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead their IT services, infrastructure, and computing resources. This role ensures IT systems are continuously available, secure, and aligned with business operations. The IT Manager will oversee projects aimed at improving infrastructure, driving full digitalization of office resources, and achieving ISO27001 accreditation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure and assets, coordinating with other departments on integrated systems (e.g., billing, HRIS, records management, telecom).
  • Implement network security initiatives in line with information security policies.
  • Plan, budget, and execute IT projects, including digital transformation, AI integration, and ISO27001 readiness.
  • Oversee troubleshooting, help desk operations, system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT resources.
  • Develop and recommend IT policies to enhance service efficiency.
  • Prepare IT reports for management, support process improvement initiatives, and advise on emerging technologies.
  • Oversee IT-related training programs for staff.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or related course.
  • Minimum of 5 years' managerial experience in IT, ideally within a medium-sized organization with multiple branches.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation, including AI applications in IT systems.
  • Experience or familiarity with ISO27001 certification requirements. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong leadership, project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, I Manage, and other IT management systems.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
