Cashier (Ayala Solenad)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment by greeting and helping customers with care.
• Transaction Processing: Precisely scan and bag items while processing payments through cash, credit, debit, or digital wallet transactions.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash and give accurate change; ensure the cash register is balanced at the start and end of each shift.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves or inventory when needed.
• Product Knowledge: Offer detailed product information and informed recommendations to customers.
• Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management if necessary.
• Follow Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, including those related to security, pricing, and returns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.

Qualifications

• At least College level
• Preferably with experience in F&B industry
• High degree of integrity & commitment
• Good customer relations
• Physically Healthy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
