About the role

We are seeking a talented Cook & Steward to join our team in RF Bliss Corp. for our mini Chicken Inasal resto branch in Pulang Lupa Uno, Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As a contracted Cook & Steward, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and providing exceptional customer service in our fast-paced kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing a variety of delicious and visually appealing meals according to established recipes and standards
  2. Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen area
  3. Assisting with food inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  4. Providing excellent customer service to guests by ensuring prompt and courteous service
  5. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely meal preparation
  6. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  1. With experience as a Cook or Steward in a hospitality or food service environment
  2. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work area
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
