About the role

We are looking for a talented Technical Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that drive our business forward. This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust software applications
  2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using the latest programming languages and frameworks
  3. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the seamless operation of our software systems
  4. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions
  6. Mentor and share knowledge with junior developers to foster a culture of learning and growth

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Communicate efficiently with the technical team to drive project progress.
  • Write bilingual (Chinese and English) technical documentation, user manuals, and development guides related to the project is preferred.
  • Collaborate with the product manager on requirement analysis and technical solution planning.
  • Support business and marketing teams by providing external network, server, and other related technical documentation.
  • Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., PHP, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English; candidates capable of fluent bilingual communication and technical writing are preferred.
  • Prior experience integrating with payment channels or mini-programs such as MAYA, GCASH, etc., is preferred.
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in multiple technical roles (e.g., DevOps, IT, Testing, Product) are preferred.
