Your Role, Your Impact

The SAP Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating and maintaining data in the SAP system to support QS Cost Control team. This role ensures data integrity, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.

  • Input and update information in the SAP system
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of encoded data
  • Perform regular checks to validate data and correct errors when necessary
  • Generate, export and print reports as required
  • Provide SAP related support to the team as needed
  • Escalate system issues or discrepancies to supervisors or IT support
  • Maintain proper records and filing of all SAP encoded transactions
  • Assist in preparing documentations for audits and management reviews
  • Undertake any additional duties as required by the immediate lead related to Cost Control and Project Execution.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience using SAP as an encoder or operator, preferably within the construction industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office suite
