  • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC materials and equipment.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and equipment manuals.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure proper HVAC system installation and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress schedules, and project documentation.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting HVAC system problems on-site.
  • Ensure proper implementation of project timeline and milestones.
  • Attend site coordination meetings and communicate with the project team regarding progress, delays, or changes.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and balancing of HVAC systems before handover.
  • Monitor material usage and manpower allocation, optimizing resources as needed.
  • Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures on-site.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by Project Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • PRC License (preferred but not mandatory).
  • At least 2 years of experience in site engineering within HVAC or MEPF works.
  • Knowledge of HVAC system components, design, and installation practices.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiar with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Willing to be assigned to various project sites as required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
