As a Marketing Staff, you will play a crucial role in executing and supporting various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and events
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities
  3. Create and curate compelling marketing content for various channels, including social media, website, and print materials
  4. Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  5. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the team's strategic decision-making

What we're looking for

  1. Graduate of BSBA in Marketing or any 4 years Business Course.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, content management systems, and data analytics tools
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. A creative mindset and an eye for design, with the ability to contribute to the development of visually appealing marketing materials
  6. Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  7. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
