Job Summary

A resort's butler provides highly customized care to guests by anticipating their needs, coordinating their requests, and ensuring that their entire stay is seamless and enjoyable. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing in-room meals and amenities, coordinating with other hotel departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The role demands exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong dedication to service quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION:

· Maintain proper grooming with a complete uniform

· Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

  • Greet guests with a smile and signature greetings of "WELCOME TO CAMP NETANYA RESORT & SPA" upon entry.

· Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way when they arrive at the hotel and giving a fond farewell to the guests when they check out.

GUEST SERVICE:

· Preparing welcome cocktails and refreshing towels for guests.

· Provide anticipatory service to meet the unique needs and preferences of the guests.

· Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the guests.

· Valet services if needed.

· Introducing guests to their accommodation facilities, including in-room beverages, how the TV and air conditioner work, and all other important information that will make the guest's stay comfortable.

REQUEST MANAGEMENT

· Include handling a wide range of visitor requests, including travel arrangements, reservation booking, and in-room meal management.

· Offer assistance with certain task (arrangement for activities, restaurants & other facilities)

COORDINATION:

· Work closely with other hotel departments (housekeeping, concierge, kitchen, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.

· Providing information about facilities, amenities, areas, programs & promote the other services offered by the hotel

· Anticipate guests' needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.

GUEST PROFILE MANAGEMENT:

· Logbook guest preferences and important data to personalize future service and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction. Must be recorded in the PMS system (Whistle) for future references and coordinated with the front office or F&B team (for food reference concerns).

KNOWLEDGE:

· Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and current events to make informed recommendations.

HANDLING CONCERNS:

· Handling guest complaints in an efficient and timely manner, addressing and escalating to the manager when needed, and ensuring effective resolution.

SAFETY PROTOCOL:

· Implement and manage security protocols to ensure the safety and privacy of the guests.

· Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene.

COVERED SHIFT

● Performs tasks and duties and covered shifts of colleagues in their absence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
