We are hiring for an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 to join our team This role will be responsible for supporting project development activities on-site, with a focus on permitting and compliance for the Electrical Balance of Plant (EBoP – HV/TL/SS) scope.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  1. Support project development activities on-site, focusing on permitting and compliance for the Electrical Balance of Plant (High Voltage, Transmission Line, Substation) scope.

  2. Assist and facilitate applications for permits and clearances.

  3. Coordinate and facilitate site activities related to permitting and compliance (e.g., monitoring of tree inventory and site clearing activities) with service providers, contractors, and agencies.

  4. Work closely with the Land Services / ROW (Right-of-Way) Team to provide inputs required for permitting.

  5. Provide general project development support as needed.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in project development, permitting, or compliance, preferably in the energy, utilities, or construction industry.

  1. Familiarity with permitting processes, environmental compliance, and local regulations is an advantage.

  2. Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  4. 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥, 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝟔𝐱 𝐚 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞.
