About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to join our team at CHINA CONSTRUCTION FRONT GEN. DEVT. CORP.' in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects, playing a vital role in the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality assurance and control plans for construction projects
  2. Conducting regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality standards and building regulations
  3. Identifying and addressing quality issues in a timely manner to minimise delays and rework
  4. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related problems
  5. Maintaining detailed records of quality control activities and reporting on project quality performance
  6. Providing training and guidance to construction workers on quality best practices
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry
  2. Proven track record of implementing effective quality assurance and control programs
  3. Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and quality standards
  4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  7. Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is preferred
