Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and repair activities maintaining the overall condition and safety of the facility.

  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment, systems, and facilities, following established schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders and completed tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors for maintenance projects and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to carry out repairs, replacements, and installations as required.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities.
  • Generate reports on maintenance activities, work orders, and completed tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
