Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell Glasstron and Limyulee products and services to contractors, architects, developers, and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Coordinate with the design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to support sales strategy improvements.
  • Handle client concerns and ensure proper after-sales support and service.
  • Attend project site meetings and conduct on-site measurements or product demonstrations when necessary.
  • Maintain an organized record of clients, projects, and transactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, glass, aluminum, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel and perform fieldwork regularly.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
