What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and coordinate crews for structural steel, concrete, and framing work

  • Ensure safety compliance and job site organization

  • Read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings

  • Communicate with project managers to meet deadlines

  • Perform hands-on work when needed to maintain momentum

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in structural or civil construction

  • Proven leadership and crew management experience

  • Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices

  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and schedules

  • with high rise building experience
