The company is seeking a licensed Occupational Health (OH) Physician to provide medical services in compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards. The physician will be responsible for promoting employee health, preventing work-related illnesses, and ensuring compliance with statutory occupational health requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct medical consultations and health assessments for employees
  • Provide medical clearance and fitness-to-work evaluations
  • Attend to work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Maintain and review employee medical records in accordance with data privacy rules
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's Occupational Health Program
  • Advise management on occupational health risks and preventive measures
  • Participate in health surveillance, wellness initiatives, and emergency response planning
  • Coordinate with HR and Safety Officers on DOLE compliance and inspections
  • Prepare and sign required medical and health reports as mandated by DOLE
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Licensed Physician with valid PRC License
  • With training in Occupational Health (BOSH for Physicians / OH Certification preferred)
  • Familiar with DOLE OSH Standards, occupational health reporting, and workplace safety protocols
  • With experience in corporate, or occupational health practice (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and professional judgment
  • Willing to work on a part-time or scheduled basis
