We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Clothing Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
  • Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and cleanliness
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise
  • Follow loss prevention procedures and company policies
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to assist with stocking and merchandising tasks
