Job Summary

-Responsible for overseeing the operations of cashiers and pump attendants, including scheduling and coordination of daily tasks.

-Manage inventory levels and handle the receiving of deliveries.

-Generate and reconcile sales reports on a daily and weekly basis, along with any other reports required by management.

-Provide training for both new hires and existing team members.

-Identify and report operational issues, suggesting practical solutions to management.

-Implement strategies to boost employee performance, motivation, and enhance customer service.

-Preferably experienced in workforce management.

-Must be open to working at a gasoline station.

-Accountable for the overall operation of the station.

-Immediate availability preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
