Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Promodiser to promote and sell products directly to customers in retail environments such as malls, supermarkets, or department stores. The Promodiser plays a crucial role in increasing product visibility, educating customers, and driving sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell assigned products to customers in-store.
  • Assist customers by answering questions, providing product information, and making recommendations.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and replenished.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stockroom or sales team for restocking.
  • Set up promotional booths or product displays following brand and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Report sales, customer feedback, and stock status to supervisors or sales managers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned display areas.
  • Follow store and company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing personality and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
